1. Senior Programme Manager (State Team Lead), Education System Transformation


Qualification:  6 + years of work experience, preferably at a corporate/ consultancy
Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience in hiring, training and motivating people
Advanced degree in public policy/ administration/ management from a reputed institute

2. Programme Manager, Education System Transformation


Qualification: 3 – 6 years of work experience, preferably at a corporate/ consultancy

3. Programme Associate, Education System Transformation

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 0 – 3 years of work experience

Location and Date of Joining

The team will be based out of the capital city of the States (2 of the confirmed States being Karnataka and Gujarat). Therefore, willingness to travel and relocation to Bangalore, Ahmedabad or any other State capital (if necessary) is must. We expect to complete the recruitment process by August 2017


Compensation

Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s experience levels and the value he/she will be able to add to the team.
