Position Title : Program Assistant (Field)
Number of Positions : 3
Location : IIPH- Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Duration of Position : One year or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
Deliverables:
Contact with government officials and government field staff and planning for data collection.
Identify pregnant women in first trimester.
Checking for appropriate participant consent.
Help FHWs or collect blood samples and saliva samples from participants
Travels to field sites to collect and record data and/or samples as appropriate to the specific objectives of the study.
Enters data into a computer database and/or spreadsheet application for subsequent analysis.
Data collection, monitoring and reporting requirements related to enrollment
Communicating effectively with participants, community partners and staff.
Perform or assume other duties as assigned by the supervisor to achieve the project goals
Qualification:
Graduation in nursing/Post-Graduation (Social work, /Sciences/ Social Sciences)
Experience:
Fresher or more than 1 year experience of data collection and blood sample collection. Must have knowledge of Gujarati language and relocate to study area.
Annual Salary (CTC) will be based on the available skills and fitment of the incumbent as per the selection process.
