Position: Project Counsellor
Place: House of Providence (Old Age Home), Providence Road, Ernakulam, Cochin-682018
Basic Profile:
To manage and counsel the project implementation in the House of Providence effectively, and to ensure that the agreed deliverables are on time and to agreed quality standards
Responsible for:
Counsel and coordinate the activities of the implementing partner and ensure that there is overall participation in key programming
Main Relationships:
Liaises across the organisation, in particular with Donors, District Govt Officials, media and district representatives of other NGOs working in the camps
Project Counsellor will be required to oversee and handle the management works apart from counseling.
Skills:
· Outstanding organizational and leadership and managerial abilities
· Project writing skills with strategic planning
· Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Photoshop
· Proficient in Malayalam and English
· Articulation, communication and interpersonal skills
· Documentation and presentation skills
· Self-Driven Nature and ability to work independently
· Proactiveness and passion to work
Qualification and Experience:
Post graduate in Social Work
