Arz (anyay rahit zindagi) is a development organization managed by professional social workers, working on the issue of sexual violence in Goa, since 1998.
Arz is appointed by the Goa police as the “Nodal Ngo” of the Anti Human Trafficking Unit of Goa Police. Arz in collaboration with the Department of Women & Child Development, Goa has been providing rehabilitation services to the victims of sexual violence in government and non Government institutions in Goa. Arz has set-up a mechanized laundry unit, Swift Wash to provide livelihood alternative to victims of sexual violence (more detail refer www.arzindia.org).
Arz is looking for female post graduate/s in counseling to work on the issue of sexual violence - child sexual abuse (CSA) & commercial sexual exploitation (CSE).
The job profile of the staff would include - providing rehabilitation services to the victim of CSA & CSE, etc. The location of intervention would be shelter home, police station, court, family, community, etc.
We are looking for female staff/s with a commitment of minimum 2 years to work at Arz.
