Roshni is an NGO working in skill building space for underprivileged girls in Schools and communities of Delhi-NCR. We have opening for six female trainers who can conduct our life skills and personality development program in Delhi. The job description is mentioned below:
*Job Description / Responsibilities: Trainer – Level 1*
- Teach life skills and soft skills like self-confidence, public speaking, spoken English, communication skills and personality development to underprivileged adolescent girls
- Deliver training modules as per the designated curriculum (Schools, Communities & Centres)
- Maintain necessary documentation of students; assessments and periodically analyze their progress
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure effective delivery of Roshni programs in schools
- Work closely with the Curriculum team for providing feedback on the curriculum and delivery of training modules

- Preferable Majors: Final year post graduate students (Social Work, Women Studies, Gender Studies, Sociology, Communication & Development, Education and ECCE)
- Package: based on qualification & experience
- Opening for freshers, candidates with prior experience in training/facilitation can also apply
- Excellent communication skills - both spoken as well as written – a must!
- Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability
- Highly energetic and engaging personality with the ability to inspire others
- Exposure to any social enterprise or involvement in any voluntary social work in college will be a big plus
