This position will be based out of Noida.
Job Summary
Educationist/Psychologist for helping children, who are experiencing problems within an educational setting with the aim of enhancing their learning and supporting holistic development of children. Challenges may include social and emotional problems or learning difficulties. Work is with individual clients or groups, advising teachers, parents, other professionals
Educational Qualification:
Master of arts in Education/Psychology
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing creative activities that the children can participate
Undertaking assessments, including assessment of mental health needs
Formulating an explanation of the child's issues
Implementing individualised action plans with children in need
Establishing a collaborative working relationship with schools, parents based on trust and respect
Preparing reports on children development
Discussing children's progress and concerns with teachers and parents
Deliver short-term individual and group counseling for referred student
Assist Round Glass in establishing Positive Behaviour and Intervention Support program
Create staff development activities for school personnel

Ability to cope with emotionally demanding situations
