Job Summary: The Education and Training Program Manager is responsible for overseeing community education programs of IndiVillage as well as learning and professional development of the workforce.


Essential Job Functions:

·      Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders to assess, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs

·      Work directly with school partners to create a more child-friendly learning environment utilizing technology and self-instruction

·      Measure impact of IndiVillage BPO and social programs

·      Create and implement a formal training program for IndiVillage BPO staff focused on enabling workers with the technical knowledge, professional and soft skills, and confidence to carry out work-related tasks

·      Handle HR and other special projects to aid IndiVillage in successful growth

·      Spend one work week each month working on location in the community



Required Qualifications:

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·      Results driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

·      Ability to learn quickly and work independently

·      Passion for holistic development in rural India

·      Spoken and written English fluency
