We are looking to hire 'Associate Consultants' in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi. Interested candidates should have up to 3 years experience in a role involving research, analysis, business consulting and field operations in the Social Sector.

The Associate consultant will be responsible for • Structuring and performing analysis, and conducting primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients • Share the insights effectively in team and client meetings and work with the team to translate insights into recommendations and plans. • Work on the ground with our client team in implementing recommended solutions on the ground. • Ensure delivery of
projects deliverables on time and in exemplary quality • Participate in building, structuring and developing knowledge internally at the
organisation level What we are looking for At Sattva, our goal is

We seek candidates who possess these qualities. In addition, the Associate consultant should have • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a role involving research and analysis, business consulting or field operations in Social sector • Strong execution and analytical skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proficiency in making
presentation and data analysis • Strong attention to detail • Willingness and adaptability to travel to remote locations • Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently. Location and Remuneration The position will be based out of Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi and will involve travel to different parts of the country.
