Job roles & responsibilities

Ensure successful CSR implementation by:
 Designing and implementing systems to ensure conformance with Companies Act.
 Ensuring the rigorous implementation of AFS CSR policy and guidelines
 Identifying and engaging partners for key projects across the business
 Planning the scale up of focus activities.
 Debottlenecking issues in project implementation
 Facilitating resource allocation through budgeting
 Training personnel for better CSR implementation
 Designing and implementing improved reporting systems using IT
 Cross-deploy ideas and projects across businesses
 Co-ordinate between units to implement projects together
 Facilitating enhanced volunteering across businesses
 Creating awareness of CSR work done across the sector and outside the company.
 Preparing briefs and presentations for Senior Management

Education, Skills & Experience

 M.A. (Social Work) with 8-10 years’ experience
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
