The company is looking to appoint a Marketing and Communications Manager who will strengthen our brand positioning and drive our marketing strategy.

Challenges

Currently waste management is a much discussed focus area for both the government and generators of waste.

However the sector has yet to evolve to a level where there is an acceptance for professional services around waste.

Job Description

The primary role of the Marketing and Communications Manager is to manage the day to day marketing activities of the organisation and strengthen the long term marketing and brand strategy for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Review and strengthen the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives

 Develop collaterals in line with marketing plans

 Organise events, manage social media and press visibility to enhance the organisation’s brand awareness

Requirements of the role

 2 years’ work experience in a similar role

 Confident, dynamic and proactive personality

 Strong creative outlook with good communication skills

 Highly experienced with traditional and digital marketing

 Interest in the waste management sector and environmental issues
