Drive organizational values and culture through employee induction and participation.
Develop and strengthen HR policies and all processes related to EmployeeLifeCycle (hiring to exit).
Ensure consistency in employee evaluation.
The HR Manager will be expected to develop and execute policies that will reflect these core values.
The HR Manager will work closely with the COO to support all the functions within theorganisation and various teams to effectively deliver on their respective scope of work.
Evaluate and continuously improve compliances tostatutory requirement and beyond
Support the organization with current and future evolving needs in hiring at different levels
Well-being and safety of allemployees along with learning and development and other training needs
Interest in the social sector and working with people from loweconomiccbackgrounds
Taking leadership by being proactive and escalating issues in time to superiors
Very high level of accountability
Reporting rigor
Works with a diverse team and has the ability to influence the team at various levels
Observant and quick to act in challenging situations
Good communication skills and multi-lingual
Effective writing and presentation skills
Candidates should be suitably qualified with
Master’s degree in HR or Social work.
Around 30 Years of age, with work experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
knowledge of Kannada language is a must
