2. TISS NCSR HUB  is looking for a Quality control Supervisor for Impact Evaluation Study in Bihar.

TISS NSCR Hub is looking for someone who has experience in supervising data collection. We already have an agency who is doing data collection. This person will over see their work. It is a small study with field work over a month.

1. Target districts are Buxar, Baliya, Muzzafarpur, Sasaram.
2. Duration of work would be 1 Month Starting in May -  June End
3. Remuneration INR 20,000 - 25,000

3. Position: ​ Worker Well-being Specialist (Senior position)

Background:
Swasti has been implementing worker-wellbeing projects in India with a mission to enrich lives of workers to achieve Health and Well-Being through sustainable workplace programs. The project seeks to work with women and men and also engages with the factory management to enhance capacities to sustain the efforts of worker well being also works to influence the ecosystem that promotes, conserves and sustains women empowerment.

Swasti has close to a decade of experience in designing and implementing worker wellbeing initiatives and has been working with more than 120 factories in across India directly i.e; Delhi (NCR), Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Telangana, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Karnataka, and has been providing strategic and quality assurance support to various workforce development Initiatives in India and other Asian countries such as; Cambodia, China, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Indonesia. Swasti has a panel of transformation specialists who can provide strategic guidance and quality assurance support to worker well-being initiatives.

The Senior Worker Well-being Specialist ​is ​responsible for implementing Swasti’s one of the worker well-being projects in factories specifically north Indian states as per the project design.

About HER respect Programme in Delhi NCR:

BSR HERrespect is one of the Life skills program that Swasti is implementing in Delhi NCR with 5 factories in the initial pilot phase. HERrespect is a 12-month workplace-based program aims at prevention of violence against women by building harmonious workplaces through capacity building for middle management, female workers, and male workers. The learning package includes on gender equitable attitudes and relationships and interpersonal skills to prevent and address workplace harassment and intimate partner violence and workplace system policy strengthening.

Experience and personal attributes:
● Have at least 5 years of experience in capacity building preferably on gender and life skills
● Have experience and understanding on managing multiple site based projects and its stakeholder
● Is comfortable in holding dialogues with senior and mid level management as well as the larger workforce
● Passionate about women's empowerment and gender equality
● Preferably have experience in gender based trainings and life skill education
● Must be equipped with adult learning principles and participatory training methods Role and responsibilities:
● Develop capacity building plans and schedule per factory in consultation with factory management as per the project timeline.
● Facilitate the training sessions for male and female workers and managers in the factory settings as per the agreed modules and methodology.
● Setup factory specific supportive and coordination mechanisms in consultation with project lead, factory management and the respective brand representatives.
● Coordination with the factory managements in order to schedule project deliverables and to ensure timely support for the factories.
● Contribute in developing training modules, review and pretest the training modules, document the feedback, incorporate changes and scale-up.
● Take lead in developing innovative/interactive IEC and display materials, training aids/props that are cultural and language sensitive such as; voice and text, multimedia messaging, pictorial posters, comic stories, interactive cartoons / real-life situation video clips / audio messages etc.
● Identify potential problem areas related to execution and suggest appropriate responses/ solutions in addressing the same.
● Execute baseline, end line survey generate report based on the requirements.
● Generate data and report as per the agreed format that informs stakeholders about the progress of the capacity building activities.
● Participate in review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, learning’s and plans as and when scheduled.
● Evolve Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System within the project to ensure quality implementation.
● Be responsible to develop high quality reports in English in the prescribed reporting formats, such as; baseline, end line and monthly reports as per the project / Swasti’s requirements, both quantitative and qualitative.
● Capture stories of change among the factory workers and community and also work with Swasti’s communication team to finalise and post with internal knowledge dissemination channels.
● Believe in achieving outcomes and be flexible in timings as per the factories training calendar.
● Develop worker-wellbeing sustainability roadmap in consultation with the factory.
● Convey the outcomes/ action plans of the project review meetings with worker wellbeing team to discuss the progress, challenges, learning’s and further action plans.
● Believe in achieving outcomes and be flexible in timings as per the factories training calendar.

● Take concrete measures to develop capacity of the factory to sustain the worker wellbeing program beyond the project period.

● Coordinate with the factory managements in order to schedule project deliverables and to ensure timely support for the factories.

Other roles:
● Believe in achieving outcomes and be flexible in timings as per the factories training calendar.
● Explore opportunities of work and collaborations with other stakeholders and brands in order to expand worker wellbeing initiative of Swasti
● Contribute to other assignments of Swasti by sharing knowledge and technical expertise
● Engage industry leaders; establish partnerships and position Swasti to explore new partnership opportunities.
● Any other tasks that might be assigned from time to time by Swasti.

Job Location​:
● Job location is in Delhi/NCR, however it involves 70% of within the city and 30% to other states/regions based on the requirements.
Desired Qualification: Post Graduation, preferably in Social Work, Sociology or Psychology or Women's studies.
Work Experience: ​Minimum 5 years experience in prevention of gender based violence and life skills training specific to workplaces and or in communities.

Remuneration: ​Negotiable. As per experience and expertise.
