IFMR LEAD is a non-profit research organization housed within IFMR. We conduct high-quality policy-oriented and action-oriented research by partnering with influential stakeholders to informpolicymaking debates. About Project:
The Grants Management Department at IFMR LEAD is looking for dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic Post Graduates with an eye for details and a penchant for processes with an interest to learn some hands on skills of Grant Management and compliance audit. This internship will help you explore all the dimensions of Grant Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help to collate and maintainMaster folder with sub-folder listings with necessary documentation in keeping with Contract obligations and internal audit queries for compliance.
• Interact with Research Managers to secure copies of Project Documentation.
• Interface with Salesforce for project upload information and rendering them current and up-to-date.
• Will be supervised by the Senior Grants Manager.

Should be good at handling pressure
Should be good with system and organizing data
